Classics Ireland vol. 21-22 (2014-2015): Rome Beyond the Imperial Frontiers

This volume of Classics Ireland is entitled ‘Rome Beyond the Imperial Frontiers’ and contains four articles from Irish academics studying Roman influence beyond the traditional boundaries of the empire, from Sri Lanka to Ireland.

It is dedicated In Memoriam to Garrett Fagan (1963-2017). A distinguished Irish academic of the Roman world, Garrett studied in Trinity College, Dublin, and was Professor of Classics and Ancient Mediterranean Studies at Penn State University. Garrett had also recently served as Advisory Editor for Classics Ireland.
